Thank you to everyone that sent in their entries and stories for the 1st Blog Contest. It was great to read and hear what Autumn means to you from taking walks to going to the beach.

As a portrait photographer and mother to my own little boy who loves to watch him play with his daddy, I was particularly drawn to this series of images by Shylo B of Markham. So the 1st honourable mention and a $25 gift card of your choice goes to you.

As I mentioned in the original post I love Autumn for the brilliance of the foliage. While it wasn’t as bright and didn’t last as long Dale P of Toronto was able to capture the foliage in all it’s glory on Baptiste Lake near Bancroft, ON.
