Timelines

Booking is generally 2-3 weeks in advance with holidays and Saturdays booked months in advance. Your session images are available for viewing within 15 business days (unless otherwise noted) of your session. Once your order is placed, it is up to 6 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up. Custom designs may take up to 8 weeks. Holidays may require longer periods. The average total time from your session until you receive your portraits is 7 weeks.

Please allow for the above time frame. If your portraits are needed for a certain date, please mention that information as soon as possible. Chances are that we would be able to accomodate your request. Rush service is also available.
