Hard to believe that it’s nearing the end of the 2010! I am slowly diving back into business albeit just evenings and weekends still when my dear husband can take over baby care so I can shoot, meet, organize, answer, plan and all the other things that come with running a business. I plan to be adding some day sessions sometime in February 2011. So in the meantime, I am working hard at getting everything organized and ready.
I have some exciting things coming in 2011 so I want to make sure you don’t miss out. My question for you today is “Have you joined the Newslist?”. Did you know it existed? Yes, another area that’s been neglected. Sorry newslist!

Also, some immediate studio news to share… I’m happy to welcome 2 photographers to the Mississauga photography studio starting November 1st. Some of you may recognize Ken Schultz as one of my associate photographers. Ken will be starting in the studio full time but primarily as his own photography business — www.ksphotography.ca. He might still be available as an Andrea Rees Photography associate shooting maternity (pregnancy) and babies from time to time but pretty sure you’ll find him mostly doing his thing. : ) Check out his website to see what he does. Ken specializes in teen photography (also known as “senior photography” in the USA), headshots (business & actor), glamour, model for a day, model portfolios, sports and action photography, family portraits, weddings and corporate christmas parties.
I’d also like to welcome Avtar Randhawa. You can check out his work at www.avrphotography.ca. Av specializes in weddings, events (birthdays, anniversaries, parties, charity events, corporate dinners), headshot and model portfolios. It will be great to have them both in the studio to talk shop and collaborate together.
