After the portrait session, the images are prepared for viewing. You will come back to the studio for a personalized viewing appointment. Some areas are available for In-Home Ordering & Design Appointmens (please inquire about your area).

 

The Viewing Appointment

Viewing portraits on your own can be overwhelming to most people. Will you display wall portraits, a custom designed Storybook or an album? What size would look best over your bed, sofa or fireplace? Will a Storyboard or a Wall Gallery look better? How about black and white or colour? These are all decisions that we can help you with at your Viewing appointment.

We assist you in image selection, framing options, wall portrait sizing, image options and gifting. This appointment will be scheduled within 3 weeks of your session.

Please be sure that everyone involved in making the final decision in your portrait investment are available for up to two hours although most of these appointments take place within an hour. At this appointment we will discuss the many options available to you to assure that you have made the best choices for you and your family. Please note that your orders must be placed at this appointment.

 

Due to the custom nature of the product, payment in full is due when portrait orders are placed. We create quality portraits and they cannot be rushed. We inspect and make sure every ordered portrait is up to our standards before they leave the studio. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your portraits to be ready for pick up. For orders with custom designs such as storybooks, storyboards, framing or require enhancements please allow up to 8 weeks. For holidays, please contact us for deadlines.
